He was predeceased by: his spouse Callie J. DiBlasi; and his parents, Samuel DiBlasi and Alda DiBlasi (Bianchi). He is survived by: his daughter Tricia Fasnacht; his son-in-law Leslie Fasnacht; and his granddaughter Emma Fasnacht.
