She was predeceased by: her parents, Early Fields and Helen Fields (Parker); her daughter Joyce Bair (Frank) of Tucson, AZ; and her sister Louise Teel. She is survived by: her husband MSgt Larry D. Cohen; her daughter Eedy L. Baker (Mike) of Bethel Township; her grandchildren, Bradley Baker (Ashley), Ashley Dalmas (Neal) of Frisco, Texas and Kelly Ashley (Trevor); her great grandchildren, Calvin, Blake Dalmas and Kaylee Baker; and her brother James Fields of St. Albans, WV.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Vietnam Veterans of America Chapter 131, PO Box 13735, Reading, PA 19612.
