He was predeceased by: his wife Marjorie J. Owens (Melcher); his parents, Lawrence Owens and Cathrine Owens (May); his daughter Cynthia; and his sister Patricia Jablonski.
He is survived by: his sons, Todd Owens (Nina) and Gary Owens (Christine); his grandchildren, Kayden, Maizie and Isobel; and his brother Dennis Owens.
