He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis J. Burnish and Mildred M. (Prezepuria); and his brothers, Robert Burnish and Marshall Burnish. He is survived by: his children, Timothy A. Burnish (Wendy) of Topton, Roger C. Burnish (Stacey) of Leesport, Kara K. Maddy of Wyomissing and Ryan P. Burnish (Lindsey) of Fleetwood; his grandchildren, Kasey-Jo, Sara, Corey, Aaron, Elle and Noah; his great grandchildren, Delaney and Kanaan; and his brothers, Craig Burnish, Glenn Burnish and Brian Burnish.
