He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Oswald and Monica Oswald (Ulrich); and his sister Susan Strickland. He is survived by: his wife Norma Oswald (Sauer) of Reading; his children, Antionette "Toni" Rapp (Mark) of Oley, Robert R. Oswald (Kathy) of Boyertown and William R. Oswald; his close friends, Nikki Miller of Portland, OR and James D. Oswald (Tammy) of Reading; and his siblings, Julie Warhola of New Hampshire, Carla Reed of Virginia, Patricia Templin of Fleetwood, PA, Barbara McDonald of Reading, PA and James Oswald of Seattle, Washington.. He is also survived by six grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
