We are sad to announce that on October 27, 2023, at the age of 80, Robert A. McGuinness Jr. in Reading, Pennsylvania, born in Brooklyn, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert A. McGuinness Sr. and Mary McGuinness (Masone). He is survived by: his wife Rachel McGuinness (Rascoe); his daughters, Michelle Willis and Linda Kugler; his grandchildren, Erik Willis, Evelyn Willis and Gary Kugler; his brother William McGuinness; his mother-in-law Phyllis Rascoe; his sister-in-law Jennifer; his niece Meredith Gaines (Chris); and also Mark Blanton. He is also survived by his grandniece and grandnephews.
