We are sad to announce that on September 9, 2023, at the age of 95, Richard W. Harper (Reading, Pennsylvania) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Betty J. Harper (Mast); his parents, Richard A. Harper and Jennie Harper (Hinnershitz); and his siblings, Robert E. Harper, Dorothy Gromis and Merril Harper.
He is survived by: his children, Donna L. Spayd of Sinking Spring, Scott C. Harper (Brenda A. Harper) of Mohnton, Robin L. Bradt (C. Alan Bradt) of Reinholds and Richard A. Harper. He is also survived by his 8 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
