Richard S. Werner Jr. Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard S. Werner Jr. (Reading, Pennsylvania), born in Scranton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 18, 2025 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Margie Werner (Savage); his parents, Dorothy Werner and Martin; his daughters, Jessica L. Rostek (Troy A. Rostek) of Sinking Spring, Rebecca S. Werner (Brad Stevenson) of Mohrsville and Sarah E. Werner of Pottsville; his stepsons, Nicholas Kostomiris (Marina Kostomiris) of Berlin, Germany, Demetrios Kostomiris (Truc Pham) of Belmont, Massachusetts and Michael Kostomiris of Hawthorn; and his brother Paul G. Werner (Nanette Werner) of Virginia. He was also cherished by his 16 grandchildren and 1 great grandson.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Bean Funeral Home (129 E Lancaster Ave, Shillington, PA 19607). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
