Hoffman (Laura Mackay) of Alberta, Canada, Drew B. Hoffman of Harrisburg and Rachel E. Hoffman (late Sean Clark) of Lancaster; and his sisters, Linda (Thomas Rhomberg) of York and Deborah A. (late Larry I. Forry, Jr.) of Laureldale.

A funeral service was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A committal service was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Zion Church Cemetery - Hamburg (770 Zion Church Rd, Hamburg, PA 19526). A reception was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Calvary Bible Fellowship Church (4891 Penn Ave, Sinking Spring, PA 19608).
