He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Byerly (Scheuring); and his children, Deborah Byerly, Kathy Vinogradov, Wynne Byerly, Richard Byerly Jr. and Michael Byerly. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
