He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard F. Bittle and Emma C. Bittle (Sinton); and his stepson Jamie D. Williams. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Bittle (May); his son Matthew J. Bittle of Reading; his stepdaughter Catherine E. Humphreys (John) of Shartlesville; his grandchildren, Breena Bittle, Donald Moyer, Sean Geltz and Hayli Geltz; and his sister Lynn A. Mingrone of Douglassville.
