He is survived by: his wife Elaine M. (Axe); his children, Melody Flynn (Matt) of Spring Twp, Ralph Tobias (Eileen) of Corpus Christi, TX, Crystal Ritter of Mount Airy, NC, Michael Tobias (Nicole) of Leesburg, VA, Robin Jarman (Richard) of Springville, UT and Susan Crayton (Elmus) of Holly Springs, NC.; his stepdaughters, Robin Tolbert of York Co and Greta Cook (Tolbert) of York Co; his former wife Nancy N. Yoder; and his brother Ronald L. Tobias. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren and 38 great grandchildren, 5 step-grandchildren, and 7 step-great grandchildren.
