We are sad to announce that on October 16, 2024, at the age of 89, Patricia Ann Hofmann (Reading, Pennsylvania) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Fordyce and Madeline Fordyce; her former husband Joseph Wallace; her stepson Glen Wallace; and her stepgrandson Nicholas Van Dorn.
She is survived by: her husband Bernard Hofmann; her stepchildren, Joseph Hofmann (Anne Barnes) of Lancaster, James Hofmann of Washington, D. C., Steven Hofmann (Erica) of Shillington, Karen Van Dorn (Chris) of Charlotte, NC and Connie Hofmann (Colman O'Murchu) of Wayne, PA; her stepdaughter-in-law Donna Wallace of Palm Desert, CA; and her stepgrandchildren, Amelia, Caroline, Benjamin, Thomas, Liam, Veronica, Mark, Maeve, David and Damon. She is also survived by five step-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
