Owen L. Gehris Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 17, 2025, at the age of 77, Owen L. Gehris (Reading, Pennsylvania) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Bailey and Rose Shultz (Belles); his daughter Michelle L. Ulrich (Dennis Ulrich) of Mohnton; and his siblings, Audrey Deblasi and Michael Shull Sr. Mr.
He is survived by: his spouse Jean M. Gehris (Trievel); his son Jason M. Gehris (Abby N.); his grandchildren, Laila, Jerome, Chase and Rebecca; his siblings, Ronald Gehris (Tracy Gehris), Joan Conrad (Ray Conrad) and Beverly Shultz; his close friends, Mark Kowalski and Cheryl Hemmig (Irvin Hemmig); and his siblings, Jeffrey Bailey, James Bailey, Valerie Jones, Anna Marie Tucker, Ramona Haskins, Virginia Bailey and Pat Simmons.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bean Funeral Home (129 E Lancaster Ave, Shillington, PA 19607). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
