She is survived by: her mother Linda Retha Covel; her children, Sonia DeJesus (Jose Vargas), Jessica DeJesus (Freddie Urena), Erica (Travis Blanding) and Treymane Godbolt; her siblings, William Covel, Marci Covel, Sylvania (Michael Bell) and Leroy Moise; and her stepmother Gloria Davis. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
