We bid farewell to Mildred Velez (Reading, Pennsylvania), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on December 11, 2024 at the age of 55. She was predeceased by: her parents, Pedro Kuilan and Ana M. Kuilan (Gonsalez); and her sister Isabel B. Kuilan. She is survived by: her husband Luis G. Velez; her children, Kayla Diaz, Samuel Williams and Anna Shoemaker; her siblings, Michael, David, Peter, Jorge and Ana Rosa; and her grandchildren, Kaiden Diaz, Melody Diaz, Josiah Paris-Williams and Avalee Shoemaker.

A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 12:45 PM at the God's Worship & Praise Temple (459 Schuylkill Ave, Reading, PA 19601).
