She was predeceased by: her parent Ira Hartman; her granddaughter Courtney; and her brothers, Ira and Harold. She is survived by: her spouse Robert Eagle Harper; her parent Annie Mae Hartman (Hill); her children, Robert A. (Kristy) of Shillington, Rebecca L. Hesser (Ronald S.), Susan H. Reppert (Patrick) of Birdsboro and Jennifer M. Giles (William A., III); her grandchildren, Jeremiah, Emily, Michael, Benjamin, Evan and Braden; her great grandchildren, Phoebe, Malachi, Esther and Thaddaeus; and her sister Lila Novick.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Easter Seals, 90 George St, Reading, PA 19611 in memory of her granddaughter Courtney.
