It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary B. Markovich of Reading, Pennsylvania, born in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 20, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Angelis Sahlanis and Fotini Fotis Sahlanis; and her husband Louis Markovich. She is survived by: her son George N. Soukas of Lancaster; her aunt Koula Photis; her cousins, Helen Vasilades, Gust Fotis, Gus Photis, Linda Photis and Paul Photis; her godson George Photis; and also John Roumeliotis of Lititz.
