He was predeceased by: his parents, Edna Heffner (Adam) and Franklin Heffner; his daughter Karen A. Riberio; and his grandson Brandon Clary. He is survived by: his wife Janet Ellen Heffner (Kline); his children, Kerry L. Heffner of Omaha, Sandra E. Brands of Savannah and Georgia; and his grandchildren, Kirstin Howell, Cheryl Bischoff, Richard Heffner, Tyler Brands, Amanda Brands and Kameron Heffner. He is also survived by 4 great grandsons.
