She is survived by: her parents, William Walton and Gladys Walton (Kerst); her significant other Ray Hafer; her son Brad Phillips (Marian); her grandchildren, Bradley and Jacqueline; her brother Billy of Wilmington, NC; and her daughter-in-law Teri Phillips.
