She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore "Ted" DeMarsh and Dorothy M. DeMarsh (Kays); her son Alfred "Ted" Brooks; her siblings, Barbara Herndon and Edward DeMarsh; and her nephew Paul E. DeMarsh.

She is survived by: her husband Alfred C. Brooks of Anthony's Church; her son Thomas S. Brooks of Boston, MA; her brother Paul C. DeMarsh of Forestville, PA; and her sister-in-law Linda DeMarsh. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
