She was predeceased by: her parents, Augustus Jacob Sr. and Margaret Jacob (Lawlor); her children, Richard Allen Malenchek and Rebecca Mae Malenchek; and her brother Augustus Jacob Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Gregory Malenchek of Winter Springs, Florida, Margaret (Daniel Leonard) of Pottstown, Joseph Malenchek (Maureen Emanuel) of Spanish Wells, Bahamas, Thomas (Tabby), Mary (Thomas Reppert) of Maidencreek Township, Stephen Malenchek (Kelsey Holl) of New Holland, PA and Kathleen Malenchek of Sinking Spring; and her sisters, Anna Farkas and Patricia Wagner. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
