He was predeceased by: his parents, Nathaniel Mooney and Pelmer Mooney (Wall); and his siblings, Nathan Mooney, Pelmer Ruth Shouse (Mooney) and Sonja LaSane (Mooney).
He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Roberts; his children, Keith Mooney of Muhlenberg Twp, Charles Mooney (Ranelle) of Manheim and Melanie Kinder of Reading; his sister Julia Jenkins (Mooney) of Landover, Maryland.; his grandchildren, Keiana Kinder, Jovanna Kinder, Jessica Kinder, Josiah Mooney, Sophia Mooney and Madelyn Mooney; and his great grandchild Luna Kinder-Malik. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
