She was predeceased by: her husband Earl Bohanak; and her parents, Henry Smith and Mary Smith (Withrow). She is survived by: her daughter Kelly Mason (late George C. Mason) of Mohnton; and her sister Sharon Oxenrider (Leslie Oxenrider) of Wyomissing.
