She was predeceased by: her parents, Basil Mendez and Vashti Mendez; her husband Frank McCrory; and her stepchildren, Georgia Ann Eady, Deverly McCrory and Franklin McCrory.

She is survived by: her children, Laverne Wallace of Florida and Jason Richardson of Baltimore; her stepchildren, Dexter McCrory, Vivian McCrory and Pam Smith; her sisters-in-law, Gloria Ann Harrison, Julia Moore and Gladys Crawl; her grandchildren, Mekayla Clarke, Jeremiah, Matthew Richardson, Yolanda Alsobrook, Tyres McCrory, Cristopher McCrory, Nivea Ellis, Kacie Callier, Jacob McCrory, Devon McCrory, Chloe McCrory, Elijah McCrory and Danielle McCrory; her great grandchildren, Gasmyne Partridge, Myesha Parridge, Graylan Partridge, Gavyn Partridge and Messiah McCrory; and her great great grandchildren, Jaylen McCrory, Justin McCrory, Nathaniel Sapp, Adarius Copeland, Johnathan Ellis, Zion Partridge, Kelley Carter and Jayden Jones. She is also survived by 20 nieces and 20 nephews, and a host of godchildren.

Her fruit trays, which she often would donate to the church for special luncheons and dinners, were coveted for their beautiful arrangements.
