She was predeceased by: her parents, Mabel Hess (Hilbert) and Raymond Hess; and her husband John C. Hoffman. She is survived by: her son David (Barbara Fager); her sister Fern Pondo; her grandchildren, Jenna, Jordan, Peter and Christopher; and her great grandchildren, Skylar, Taylor, Dylan, Camden and Carter.
