He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Bertha (Cordell) and Lesley Orville Tipsword. He is survived by: his sons, David, Sr., Michael, Edward and Forrest; his half-brother Samuel Tipsword; and his grandchildren, David Jr., Bryan, Zachary, Marissa, Cheyanne and Tucker. He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren.
