She was predeceased by: her mother Sherry L. Schollenberger (Miller). She is survived by: her husband Joseph H. Wylezik; her father Robert A. Schollenberger (Arlene Vazquez-Fontanez); her sons, Tyler S. Wylezik and Trevor J. Wylezik; and her brother Robert M. Schollenberger (Tammy L. Imboden) of Wyomissing. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
