She was predeceased by: her spouse Victor M. Vargas; and her parent Pablo Frias. She is survived by: her parent Rosa Hernandez; her daughter Elvira Vargas; and her grandchildren, Lisbelle, Elvis M. and Kelvin Jaquez. She is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren; and 9 brother and sisters.
