He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Ragsdale and Frances Ragsdale; and his wife Shirley Wensel. He is survived by: his siblings, Rachel, Carol (Dave), Ruth and Jim (Lisa); and his daughters, Wendy (Mike) and Crystal (Robert).
