She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Eugenia Fazio (Kolasa) and Frank De Fazio; her husband Kerry; her daughters, Hallie of Exeter and Tara (Timothy Shade) of Exeter; her grandchildren, Grant and Lilah Shade; and her brothers, Anthony, John De Fazio and Phillip De Fazio.
