He was predeceased by: his parents, Romain W. Miller and Grace H. Miller. He is survived by: his wife Janet R. Miller (Hille); his sister Jean (Bruce Geiger) of Tamaqua, PA; his grandchildren, Mitchell, Brittany, Jessie, Bradley, Sarah Racine, Logan, Chase Miller and Molly Gaffney; and his great grandchildren, Hunter, Deven, Grace and Zechariah Richard. He is also survived by three children.
