She was predeceased by: her husband Jon C. Montoute-Howard; her parents, Lorenzo Fantauzzi and Eustaquia Ayala; her daughter Diosa Inés Montoute-Howard; and her siblings, Provi, Agustin, Angelina and Richard.

She is survived by: her children, Jon Montoute-Howard, Danny Montoute-Howard, Robie C. Montoute, Yvonne Inés Montoute, Armando Ricardo Montoute and Milagros Inés Montoute; and her godchildren, Pedro "Junior" Morales and Alicita León. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren.
