He is survived by: his children, Stepanie Hoffman (Michael Smith), Felicia Roepman (Dan) and Henry Hoffman Jr. (Fran); his daughter-in-law Angela Hoffman; and his grandchildren, John, Bailey, Dylan, Emelie, Dan and Shawn. He is also survived by many Nieces and Nephews.
