She is survived by: her children, Leah Nichols, Jason Cosenza of Reading, PA and Michael Cosenza of Reading, PA.; and her siblings, Terri Lawrence of West Reading, PA, Debra (David Freeman) of Reading, PA, David of Reading, PA. and Tony Cosenza of Reading, PA..
