She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Leonard and Florence Mae Bloch (Katzenmoyer); and her husband John Lombardo. She is survived by: her daughters, Lynn (late Stephen Strunk) of Pittsburgh, PA and Michele (Gregory Cuppan) of Sandy, UT.; her grandchildren, Megan (John Farr), Stephen Strunk, Jr. (Andrea), Jessica Strunk, Ashley (Ryan Fitzgerald) and Patrick Strunk; and her great grandchildren, Colin Farr, Caden Farr, Emma Strunk, Sage Strunk, Stephen Donald Strunk, Madison Fitzgerald and Rosalyn Fitzgerald.

A prayer was held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Stitzel Family Funeral Homes & Crematory, Inc. (3300 Kutztown Rd, Reading, PA 19605). A committal service was held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Forest Hills Memorial Park (391 W Neversink Rd, Reading, PA 19606).
