He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Keener and Irene Keener (Lebo); and his brothers, Milton Keener, Larry Keener and Kenneth Keener.
He is survived by: his siblings, Richard Keener of Colorado Springs, CO, Ronald Keener (Phyllis Keener) of Reinholds, David Keener (Barbara Keener) of Fritztown, Doris Enzman (John Enzman) of Shillington and Janice Emes (Perry Emes) of Harrisburg.
