He was predeceased by: his parents, George E. Stewart, Sr. and Sarah Thomas Stewart; and his siblings, Harry Stewart, William Stewart and Doris Stewart Battle.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Stewart; his children, Maurice Stewart (Kathy), Darin Stewart and Culleen Fuller (Clarence); his grandchildren, Jessica Stewart, Malcolm Fuller, Zemirah Fuller, Darius Fuller and Josiah Fuller; his great grandchildren, Jordan Blanding, Jaden Blanding, Jasani Kotek, Jhakai Kotek and Cameron Fuller; and his nephew Stephen Greer (Janice).
