He is survived by: his mother Juanita Garcia Navarro Ortiz; and his children, Jose Cardona, Wanda Cardona, Janet Cardona, Pedro Figueroa, Efrain Figueroa, Yvette Figueroa, Darwin Figueroa and Selena Laboy. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and 3 siblings.
