He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles R., Sr. and Jennie Farina (Jarsocrak). He is survived by: his wife Dale Ann (Hendricks); his sons, Kyle A. of Orlando, FL and Tyler J.; his daughter-in-law Peyton J.; and his sisters-in-law, Patti Farina (late Charles R. Farina, Jr.) and Debbie Yoder of Sinking Spring.
