She was predeceased by: her husband William H. Perry; her parents, Clement H. Mapp and Udora Mapp (Seon); her son Cyril L. Mapp; and her siblings, Simeon R. Seon, Arthur D. Waithe, Clement Seon and Gloria W. Pounder.
She is survived by: her children, John A. Mapp, Carson G. Mapp, Andrew W. Mapp, Joan Y. Mapp and Betty C. Perch; and her grandchildren, Wayne, Rawle, Mark, Joy, Keisha, Khaj, Joanne, Ted, Nicole, Natalie, Shawn, Kelvin, Kamilah, Steva, Jeremy, Andrew, Charifa, Carlisa and Joseph. She is also survived by 20 great grandchildren.
