She was predeceased by: her parents, Susan Adams (Nies) and Charles Adams; her husband John D. Koller; and her sister Mary Witman. She is survived by: her children, Carol (late Mark Goldberg) of Wyomissing, Jacqueline (Michael Weber) of Reading and Richard Koller (Coleen) of Reading; and her siblings, Virginia (late Harold Crimmins) of Indiana, Evelyn (Kenneth Parker) of Reading and Charles Adams (Bonnie) of Indiana. She is also survived by six grandchildren and one great grandchild.
