She is survived by: her children, Debra Ackelson (Jud Ackelson), Charles J. "Chuck" Bleakley, Jr. (Patty Bleakley) of Pottstown, Christa Hopwood (Tyler Hopwood) of Leesport, Rosemarie Campbell, Kayla Ackelson-Mannato, Nicholas Bleakley, Garrett Bleakley, Swaye Hopwood and Pepper Hopwood; her great grandchild Miles Charles Mannato; and her sisters, Joan Andre and Jacqueline Spagnolo.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105 in memory of Mrs. Elaine M. Bleakley.
