She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Kopinetz and Frances Kopinetz (Seruski); her son Adrian Lee Kopinetz; and her brothers, Joseph and Charles Kopinetz.
She is survived by: her daughter LaTrina; her grandson Felix Perez IV of Reading; her sister Beverly Kopinetz of Sinking Spring; her sister-in-law Josephine Kopinetz; and her close friend Darlene Vargas. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
