He was predeceased by: his spouse Margaret Rupp (Peffley); his parent Franklin Rupp; and his daughter Jean Mallard. He is survived by: his parent Effie Rupp (Alexander); his children, Robert Hafer, Edward L. Rupp, Rosemary Rupp and Donna Paredes; and his grandchild Tina M. Kondracki. He is also survived by great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.
