He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Mannello and Pauline Mannello (DePaulis); and his brothers, Dominic and Charles. He is survived by: his wife Regina "Jean" Mannello (Karwacki); his children, Edward P. Mannello (late Erin Mannello) of West Chester, Michelle L. Mannello (Emily E. Fiocchi) of Danville and Julie E. Mannello of Sutton, Alaska; his grandchildren, Mikaila, Ashley and Jacob; and his sister JoAnn Alexander of Reisterstown. He is also survived by many brother and sister in-laws and nieces and nephews.
