He is survived by: his children, Darrian McCray, Dowin (Celeste McCray) and Benita McCray of New York; his stepchildren, Preston Ross, Jr. of Maryland, Michael Ross of Reading, PA. and Teresa; his siblings, Timothy McCray and Loretta McCray of Suffolk; and his grandsons, Lavon McCray and DaQuan McCray. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews and close family friends.
