She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Futej and Elizabeth Futej (Pieja); and her siblings, Robert Futej, Theodore Futej and Theresa Clay.
She is survived by: her husband Leon P. Lemanek; her children, Carolyn (David Baird), Walter (Terry Lemanek), Deborah (Michale Heffner) and Donna (Andy Stoudt); her grandchildren, Amy, Melissa, Seth, Tara and Michael; and her great grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Ryan and Isabella. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Peter the Apostle R. C. Church (322 S 5th St, Reading, PA 19602). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at the St. Mary Cemetery.
