He is survived by: his son Donald (Lorrie); his daughter-in-law Jill; his son David; his daughter-in-law Linda; his grandchildren, Jessica, John and Allison; his brother-in-law Richard Mengel (Elaine); his nieces and nephews, Jeffrey, John, Julie and Janine; and his brother John (Judy).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 2nd 2024 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the John P. Feeney Funeral Home (625 N 4th St, Reading, PA 19601). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 2nd 2024 at 1:30 PM at the same location. The military honors was held on Wednesday, October 2nd 2024 at 2:30 PM at the Schwartzwald Cemetery (707 N 25th St, Philadelphia, PA 19130).
