She is survived by: her son Timothy M. Jacobs of Muhlenberg; her grandchildren, Kelly A. Jacobs, Scott R. Jacobs, Alex S. Jacobs, Michael T. Jacobs and Matthew Jacobs; and her great grandchildren, Ian, Ryder, Chase, Lee, Raiya, Lexa and Niko.
